January 2025 Costing Cohort

We will meet for 3 weeks, with 2 sessions each week.

This is the routine:

This is a fast-paced course. You should begin the tasks listed in the lessons before each session so that you bring your questions to the session. The True Cost and the True Cost with InnoVint courses have slightly different workflows, so the tasks for each session are slightly different. Download your schedule of tasks and lessons below.

• Monday – review the lesson and begin to implement the tasks
• Tuesday session – bring your questions to the session
• Wednesday – finish the tasks for the lesson
• Thursday – review the next lesson and begin to implement the tasks
• Friday session – bring your questions to the session
• Saturday, Sunday – finish the tasks for the lesson
• Monday – rinse & repeat

We will meet on these dates from 10 am to 11 am Pacific.

If you cannot make the session, email your question or send a loom to show the problem before the session so I can answer it live.

Before the first session, please complete these tasks

• Reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards through December 2024
• Do a File Review to review that the winemaking expenses are booked correctly and that all uncleared checks or credit card charges are cleared out
• Have a list of the year-end bulk wine on hand, by varietal and vintage
• Watch the True Cost Overview course and actually do all of the exercises. This is the link
